Company Background Chemtopia Co. Ltd is an independent, privately owned, internationally active consulting and service company for the industrial chemical, cosmetic, food contact materials, consumer goods industry. Chemtopia was founded in 2002 to provide a wide range of value-adding services for our clients. The founder, Dr. Sanghee Park has over 20 years experience in related chemical authority, regulatory affairs and advice and safety assessments. Since 2002, Chemtopia has registered more than 800 new chemicals per year into Korea, China and Japan. Also we have registered around 100 chemicals under REACH in 2010. We have a very good relationship with competent authority, chemical industries need the global regulatory assistance for export. Currently Chemtopia has 13 consultants and most of all have background in Chemistry, Polymer chemistry, Toxicology and risk assessment. Especially Dr. Park and some staffs had experience in the New chemical assessment section in NIER under MOE (the Ministry of Environment) in Korea.
