Serbia updates regulations on fees, detergents

The Serbian Chemicals Agency has published a final decision amending the criteria on the amount, method of calculation and payment of fees for verification of records of chemicals under the Law on Chemicals in the Official Gazette, following a earlier consultation (CW 19 December 2011). These changes are effective from 26 January 2012.
The agency has also published a notice amending the rules on detergents in the Official Gazette, relating to surfactant biodegradability test methods and labelling requirements. These amendments enter into force on 2 February 2012.
