Launch of our inaugural Service Providers Guide, a major new publication designed to help anyone involved in chemicals management to find, select and commission a whole range of specialist services. Available free online, and in print to subscribers. Contains useful editorial by Cynthia Challener exploring the client/contractor relationship and presenting the findings of a unique survey of the users of service providers, looking at current and future workloads, legislative drivers, levels of service provision and other relevant facts. Chemical Watch spent the week in Kuala Lumpur at ChemCon Asia, with whom we worked as Media Associate. We reported on proceedings each day via a dedicated newsletter, ChemCon Daily. Our editor, Mamta Patel, chaired a roundtable discussion on the impact of chemical assessment regimes around the world on future global manufacturing of chemicals.
