Within the business unit Environment, ARCADIS has a dedicated Product Stewardship team that supports its clients in meeting their regulatory obligations. Currently, the major focus is on REACH and CLP/GHS in all its aspects: we provide scientific and project management support combined with strategic advice.

ARCADIS performs risk assessments, prepares biocidal product dossiers, supports communication in the supply chain, evaluates extended Safety Data Sheets, is consortium manager, supports chemical and pharmaceutical companies with the development and implementation of their REACH compliance programs, etc.

In order to further strengthen the team, we are currently looking for a consultantin REACH and Product Stewardship.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

develop regulatory compliance strategies (e.g. REACH, CLP/GHS, Food Contact Materials, Biocides) for and in cooperation with multinational clients; perform risk assessments; manage product stewardship projects and obtain the expected quality, timing, budget and profitability. You will be the client contact for your projects and for your key expertise, which means that you will also prepare proposals and present these to clients and/or prospects.

A suitable candidate has a higher degree in sciences and 5-8 year experience in consultancy with a sound background in regulatory compliance (REACH, GHS/CLP, Biocides or other regulatory framework). He/she has a proven track record in project management and is fluent in English (speaking and writing) and at least one other EU language. The candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility and a flexible mindset. He/she is a team player, well organized, client focused and stress tolerant. He/she is willing to travel across Europe.
